Are the books safe for my baby?
Absolutely, We put extra care and attention into sourcing non-toxic, environmentally friendly materials - your baby safety is our priority *Never leave your baby unattended, even when you think it’s safe to do so
How can I send my order as a gift?
If you want to send our books to someone as a gift, then you can use their address as the shipping address for your order. Our books come already packed in a gift box
Can I order Wholesale?
You sure can! Send us an email to email@example.com and write “Wholesale order” in the subject line.
We ship Australia-wide only
How long will it take to process my order?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from Monday – Friday. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse
Can I cancel my order with you once I’ve placed it?
When you place an order on lilbigworld.com, we begin processing the order immediately to make sure you get your delivery as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.
My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?
When you place an order with lilbigworld.com, we’ll email you an order confirmation, where you’ll be given a link to track the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions about your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject of your email .
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
Can I return my purchase for a full refund?
We are confident you will love our books, but just in case it's not for you, we offer a 30-day returns policy where you are eligible for a full refund
To be eligible for a refund, the product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the gift box. If your return item arrives without the box or is deemed unfit by our customer service team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny your refund. If you need to return your book, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your book
How long does the return process take?
If you choose to get a refund, you will be responsible for shipping your product back to us at your own cost. Please allow 2 weeks to process your return. A credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item in my order?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team at support to request a replacement order or a refund
How do I exchange a product?
