How do returns/refunds work?

We are extremely confident that every little one will love their LilBigWorld book. Just in case it's not for them - no worries. Just reach our friendly customer service team via email and they’ll arrange a no-fuss refund for you, FREE RETURN, where you are eligible for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the gift box. If your return item arrives without the box or is deemed unfit by our customer service team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
